Philtek Electronics Ltd. of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada has introduced its new HPRi Inverter Series. This series has the capability of expanding for capacity and redundancy with the easy installation of an additional inverter module.

Philtek has introduced the HPRi Series Inverter with the capability of being expanded from 10 kVA to 90 kVA by simply adding "hot swapable" modules. The basic system includes a control system with static bypass switch and maintenance bypass switch mounted in a 23 inch rack and one 5 or 10 kVA inverter. If the user needs to add capacity or redundancy, additional inverters may be added. If additional capacity is required, an additional rack can be added for additional modules. The system is available with either as a single phase or three phase output system, with input voltages from 24 VDC to 600 VDC.
